Project Summary
ReDirect Inc. is a nonprofit reentry, recovery, and community restoration initiative designed to support individuals and families impacted by incarceration, substance use, homelessness, and barriers to stability.
The project provides a structured pathway for people returning home from incarceration or rebuilding their lives after addiction, legal involvement, or crisis. ReDirect connects participants to recovery support, housing navigation, workforce development, family restoration, education, mentorship, and wraparound services that help them move toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Through partnerships with clinical providers, community organizations, workforce programs, churches, housing partners, and justice-system stakeholders, ReDirect helps individuals move from survival to stability and from incarceration to purpose.
Our Mission
To help individuals impacted by incarceration, substance use, and instability rebuild their lives through reentry support, recovery services, housing pathways, workforce development, faith-rooted mentorship, and community restoration.
Our Programs
Reentry Support Program
Our Reentry Support Program helps individuals returning from incarceration create a practical plan for stability. Participants receive support with identifying immediate needs, setting goals, connecting to services, and building a pathway toward independence.
Services may include:
• Reentry intake and needs assessment

• ID and document support referrals
• Probation and parole support coordination
• Community resource navigation
• Life skills and accountability support
• Referral to treatment, housing, and employment resources
Recovery & Wellness Support
ReDirect supports individuals seeking recovery from substance use and related life challenges. Clinical treatment services may be coordinated through appropriate licensed partners, including Guiding Minds Counseling & Treatment Center when applicable.
Support may include:

• MAT/OBOT referral coordination

Housing Stability Program
The Housing Stability Program helps participants work toward safe, stable, and supportive housing. ReDirect assists individuals in identifying housing barriers and connecting with appropriate housing resources.

• Sober living referrals
• Rental readiness support
• Basic budgeting education
• Housing document preparation
• Future ReDirect housing and sober living pathway development
Workforce & Career Readiness Program
ReDirect helps participants prepare for employment, career growth, and long-term financial stability. This program focuses on second-chance employment, job readiness, and workforce connection.
Support may include:

• Job readiness coaching

• Second-chance employer connections
• Work clothing and basic needs referrals

• Entrepreneurship readiness support
Family Restoration Program
ReDirect recognizes that incarceration, addiction, and instability affect the entire family. The Family Restoration Program supports healing, communication, parenting, and family reconnection.

Faith & Mentorship Program
